Job Title: Learning and Development Professional at Gloucestershire Health and Care

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join the team within Gloucestershire Health and Care's wider Learning & Development Team. The role involves ensuring staff have the necessary skills to deliver high standards of care through designing, delivering, and evaluating various training programs, both online and face-to-face.

Main duties of the job

  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative education programs tailored to the Trust's services' needs
  • Review and enhance learning programs based on relevant laws and guidance
  • Improve teaching performance by seeking feedback and reflecting on delivery
  • Ensure optimal use of educational resources to meet training compliance targets
  • Promote social inclusion and reduce health inequalities through workforce education
  • Relevant qualifications include L3 Award Education & Training Course or equivalents
