The main duties & responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • First point of contact with current clients and suppliers
  • Provide admin support for the Sales, H&S and marketing teams
  • Working with the Operations Manager to organise repairs and servicing
  • Inputting supplier invoices and statement reconciliations.
  • Assist the other staff to ensure that records are maintained accurately
  • Other general office tasks as required
Initially, this post is to cover maternity leave. Excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop and widen their office based knowledge.
