Receptionist/administrator

Due to business demands and growth, our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their Galashiels office.
**KEY DUTIES**:
- Greet clients and visitors when they arrive.
- Data Entry
- Diary Management
- Control of incoming mail.
- Using a bespoke IT system so strong IT skills are necessary (training will be provided)
- Answer phone calls and delegate to the correct contact
- Any other reception duties as required.
You will have current previous experience in a reception/office environment and be able to hit the ground running.
This is a FT and permanent position. Training will be based in Stirling over two days so you must be willing to travel for this.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,500.00-£20,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Galashiels, Scottish Borders: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
