**Temporary Cover required at the Tweedbank Office**

**Cover Dates**: Tuesday 2nd April - Wednesday 10th April ( 7 days cover )

**Hours**: 8am - 5pm

**Rate**: £13.50ph

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Meeting and Greeting Clients
- Booking meetings.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing post.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a courteous manner

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 7 days

**Salary**: £13.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
