The main duties & responsibilities of the role will be:

- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- First point of contact with current clients and suppliers
- Provide admin support for the Sales, H&S and marketing teams
- Working with the Operations Manager to organise repairs and servicing
- Inputting supplier invoices and statement reconciliations.
- Assist the other staff to ensure that records are maintained accurately
- Other general office tasks as required

Initially, this post is to cover maternity leave. Excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop and widen their office based knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From £20,500.00 per year
