Cafe Assistant


This role will be 2 weekdays & 1 weekend day per week plus holiday/ sickness cover as & when required.


Duties:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers including using a griddle & preparing hot & cold sandwiches
  • Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
  • Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
