**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:

- Primrose gardens is an extra care service which we deliver a range of care, Personal care, medication support, help with preparing food, light cleaning duties. Etc. Secure with fob access through to flats. Hairdressers and a dance studio and café Which residents get discount.
- **How many colleagues are on shift at any one time? **There are 3 staff on during day, Mon**-**Fri 9-5 there is also council staff on premises. At night Only one staff and One security staff.
- **What shifts do you work on? **We cover Primrose gardens 24 hours a day. Shift can range from 11 - 12hrs per day depending on the contract
- What do we need from you and what training would we give the staff that join us to be able to support the people at this service to be of their abilities? Training we have mandatory 15 standards of care sector plus etc we deliver as and when needed.
