We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our direct sales and offline marketing efforts.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to implement marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and ensure our offline marketing initiatives run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Support the sales team with materials, presentations, and followup communications.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in marketing or sales support roles (internships and parttime positions considered).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • High level of motivation and a willingness to learn.
