We are looking to recruit staff who want to be fundamental in the success of an early intervention in psychosis service In Hertfordshire, committed to delivering personalized and meaningful care.
It is a multidisciplinary community mental health service that provides treatment and support to people already experiencing psychosis for the first time.
The pathway is three years in duration.The defining characteristic of the service is its strong ethos of hope and whole-team commitment to enabling recovery through the provision of individually tailored, evidence-based interventions and support to service users and their families / carers.
Carry out relevant risk assessments and risk management with the multi-disciplinary teamEngage with and gather information from service users, relatives, and patient records to develop a formulation.
To work in collaboration with the individual service user and their family and carers as appropriate to develop care plans that are focused on strengths and are outcome based.
To attend multi-disciplinary reviews and act as named worker, for a caseload of service users to support and monitor progress during multi-disciplinary interventions.
Behavioural activation and graded exposure

Recognising and managing emotions
Guided self-help for bulimia and binge-eating
Building confidence
