Job Summary
FourMarketing was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution.
We are currently recruiting for a Property & Facilities Assistant to join the group Property department in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful Property & Facilities Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Property department, including Store Development, Design and Maintenance.
This will include responsibilities for companywide Health & Safety, and focus on using best business practices to improve efficiency while increasing productivity.
The Property & Facilities Assistant will also coordinate all functions to help streamline the department operations and support in executing departmental strategies across the group.
As a Property and Facilities Assistant, you will:
- Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role, specifically with a focus on administration and operation within luxury fashion and/or wholesale retail
- Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software including intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Be able to prioritise and manage several projects simultaneously
- Be able to work at all levels of the organisation and develop relationships throughout the business to foster twoway communications
- Be a positive, proactive and confident person
