The Role in a Nutshell

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong and lasting relationships with our esteemed clients. Your days will revolve around engaging with 25-30 key accounts in London, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

While focusing on existing relationships, you'll also dive into new business opportunities by reconnecting with lapsed clients in our CRM database. Account Management takes 80% of your time, while the rest is dedicated to exploring new ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and expand our London client base, building robust B2B relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing concerns and advocating for client needs.
  • Collaborate with management to negotiate business contracts for mutual benefit.
  • Create persuasive sales pitches to attract new clients.
  • Stay proactive in ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Engage in face-to-face client interactions, with regular visits to London clients.
  • Utilize our CRM system to provide personalized client information.

You Must Have:
