We are looking for a creative, strategic and enthusiastic
Head of Design with at least 5 years' experience and strong visual story-telling skills.

Responsibilities and Scope

  • Development and management of all aspects of the team creative design output.
  • Ensure that creative solutions are aligned to client expectations and delivered within budget and timescales. This includes concept creation, pitching designs, creating content and understanding client needs.
  • Handson design creation, primarily focusing on the graphic design of reports, presentations, social media content and brand development.
  • Leadership of projects with considered, informed and inspiring creative direction.
  • Expertise in tailoring visual designs and content for all relevant online and offline platforms.
  • Organization of yourself and others, making all necessary logístical arrangements to achieve your objectives.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, review and provide feedback to freelancers and internal design support.
  • Influencing design led thinking across the business.
  • Improve quality and costefficiency by having a datadriven approach to studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes.
  • Establishing and developing best practice with the team. Upskilling internal staff, and creating a confident, inquisitive, inspiring and positive culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years' work experience in a content design role.
  • Expert understanding of key graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, PowerPoint, Keynote, as well as Canva and other online editing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good commercial awareness to monitor cost effectiveness of service delivery
