Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Junior Digital Designer to join our Creative team at Ben Sherman Head Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing our online brand identity through innovative seasonal designs that align with our brand direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Digital Designer in maintaining our brand's online presence through BAU updates, including email marketing communications and website updates.
  • Design engaging assets for organic and paid social media, display, and affiliate channels.
  • Collaborate with the wider creative team to translate marketing collateral into digital assets for online use.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all digital assets are on-brand and aligned with our wider brand communications.
  • Pay close attention to detail across artwork and imagery.
  • Participate in creative meetings and contribute to seasonal concepts and idea creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software and continue to develop your digital skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar design role, preferably in a retail company.
  • Graduate degree in design.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Effective operation in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your digital creativity.
  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, and Trello is highly beneficial.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • A keen team player.
  • A can-do attitude and positive approach that fits well with our company culture.
