Job Title: Digital Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Design Specialist to join our team at Arbuthnot Latham. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs for our digital channels, including websites, social media, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop digital products, including websites, social media assets, and email templates, that align with our brand guidelines and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Designers and marketing managers to deliver new design solutions and manage change requests for new content on our digital channels.
  • Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables coming out of the company and ensure consistency of all externally facing content.
  • Manage brand assets for social media and contribute to the maintenance and expansion of the Arbuthnot Latham brand and libraries.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively and using the systems and tools provided.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a design role, working across a range of multidisciplinary projects.
  • Proficient in Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.
  • Strong conceptual skills, with an expert understanding of the design process from ideation to delivery.
  • Experience with using a website CMS, such as Drupal or Wordpress, and HTML & CSS for building/customising web and email content.
  • Understanding of UX/UI for web, with experience with prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Accessibility: understanding of the latest WCAG accessibility standards, and experience in applying them to any digital product.
