The new service is called IPS in Primary Care and the main focus is to work alongside primary and community healthcare providers who will be the main referrers into the service and deliver high quality support to help those referred to gain and sustain in paid employment.


We are ideally looking for a fulltimefixed term contract Administrator, who will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration support function for the new IPS in Primary Care service team.

You will be dealing with staff, service users and stakeholders. Ensuring that all information received is handled, filed and distributed in line with the Trusts, Information Governance policy.


Our team members are largely based within the community and you will be in contact with clinicians and staff from other teams.

What is Staff Bank?


Our EPUT NHS staff bank is an entity managed by the trust that hires clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to take on shifts at our trust hospitals and community settings.

Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.


All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.


If you are joining our Trust in a fixed term role, please indicate on your New Starter Paperwork that you wish to join our staff bank.

Replying to and acknowledging referrals and other correspondence. Filing and updating staff records on paper and electronically. Taking minutes and recording meetings where needed. Ordering equipment and supplies for the team. As well as other general admin duties in support of the management team.

You will need to be able to prioritise and organize your workload be confident working unsupervised at times.


You will need to work to deadlines and multitask across the different services provided by the team and be confident when communicating with clients and stakeholders whether electronically or by phone.
