Main Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments, administer medication, and perform diagnostic tests to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized health plans to promote patient well-being and prevent complications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients with long-term conditions.
- Manage and treat patients with hypertension, asthma, COPD, and diabetes, adhering to national and local policies and guidelines.
- Review and optimize medication regimens to ensure therapeutic effectiveness and patient adherence.
- Respond to urgent or emergency situations, prioritizing patient needs and providing effective care.
- Support patients with sexual health and contraception needs, as well as those requiring cervical cytology consultations.
- Implement and participate in vaccination and immunization programs for adults and children, including travel vaccinations.
- Provide wound care and management services to patients.
