About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in our Out Of Hours service. As the largest independent provider of NHS services, Practice Plus Group is delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care that reduces pressures on services and staff.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who can independently prescribe and work autonomously within their sphere of competency. You will be part of a friendly and close-knit multi-skilled team that includes GPs, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists and pharmacy advisors.

As an Overnight Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be working in our various Out Of Hours (OOH) services, assessing patients, planning their care, administering treatment and discharging or referring them to other healthcare professionals or external agencies, via primary care centres and home visits. You will also be using our electronic prescribing system.

We can offer this role as either bank or self-employed. It is specifically for clinicians that desire to work overnight.
