The Avenue Cinema, Café & Bar is Belfast's newest luxury cinema experience located at the heart of Belfast, in CastleCourt Shopping Centre.

Opened on March 10th, the Avenue offers a plush luxurious environment coupled with the very best in laser projection and surround sound technology, delivering ultimate comfort and a unique offering for cinema-goers.


ROLE OVERVIEW


The Events Executive will be the principal point of contact and will be responsible for the successful delivery of all private hire and events at The Avenue Cinema.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and update all private hire and event marketing collateral including owned media channels and thirdparty listings.
  • Take a project management role whilst working closely with internal departments such as IT, scheduling, food and beverage managers to ensure the successful delivery of all events at The Avenue.
  • Provide excellent pre and post event customer care.
  • Provide regular and timely updates to senior management of upcoming events at The Avenue.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager NI in the planning and delivery of an events marketing strategy that will deliver against key business objectives.
  • Ensure all events activity is in line with The Avenue brand guidelines and overall business goals.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in events management
  • Highly organised with strength in admin
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial / aware and adept to needs of client
  • Creative flair with an eye for detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
