As a service we consistently excel with above average moving to recovery rates, positive client feedback and exceptionally high job satisfaction from our team.


With the team having changed management in the last 2 years, a number of positive improvements have been introduced including blended (office and remote) working opportunities, the championing of specialist areas and a strong emphasis on funded CPD.


The training is delivered jointly between the NHS, Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT) and the University of Birmingham (UoB).The clinical placement will be a fixed-term post with Wolverhampton Talking Therapies.
