About the role


We are looking for a HR Assistant to join us at our Business Services Centre in Caerphilly on a fixed-term contract lasting approximately 3 months.

In the HR Assistant role, you will focus on HR Administration and Payroll, and will need to enjoy helpingpeople and be driven by quality customer service.

We are always striving for continuous improvement, so alongside your daily responsibilities, you will also be encouraged to contribute constructive ideas to process and procedure improvements, to help us enhanceour service moving forwards.


We have a fantastic team-based culture that identifies, communicates and addresses customers' needs, and enjoys contributing to cross team activities.


About you

  • Minimum experience:_
  • Ability to process high volumes of data accurately whilst complying with legislative requirements
  • An effective relationship builder, adaptable and able to achieve deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Preferred experience:_
  • Experience working in a busy shared service environment
  • Knowledge/experience of Workday
