As part of the team, you will work closely with Design, Marketing, and Product Development teams, getting a firsthand experience of product creation and design process. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Pattern Makers to deliver top-notch products for athletes and consumers.


We leverage our personal experiences and insights from athletes and social media to create desirable lifestyle products. Our inspiration comes from music, fashion, travel, sports, and heritage from past eras.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist and observe the entire design phase from concept creation to final product
  • Gather relevant trend and consumer information for the product category
  • Support in creating seasonal design ideas and concepts
  • Help the Design Team in crafting creative direction presentations, product designs, tech packs, and material/innovation research
  • Handle CAD revisions, color updates, and technical packages
  • Create prototypes and design samples to back up seasonal concepts
  • Participate and assist during products' fitting sessions
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders like Marketing and Development
  • Input data into the internal software system
  • Support the team in day-to-day tasks

Requirements:
  • Currently studying Apparel Design, Sportswear/Performance Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related fields
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken)
  • Enrolled as a full-time student throughout the internship period
  • Alternatively, in the gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (EU citizens only due to working permit regulations)
  • Candidates in their penultimate year of study are preferred (students should have a maximum of one year to graduate post-internship)
  • Available for the entire duration of the internship from September to March 2025
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, preferably in a Mac environment
  • Experience with 3D programs is a bonus (CLO3D or similar)
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Good sketching and rendering skills to communicate concepts
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks
  • Prior design experience is advantageous
