About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Coordinator to support the delivery of our CRM and loyalty strategy at Skin Rocks. Reporting to the CRM and Loyalty Manager, this role will play a key part in the execution of email, SMS, and push notification marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute database segmentation strategies to improve relevancy and personalization of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure engaging and on-brand email campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and executing the Skin Rocks app CRM calendar.
  • Contribute to CRM reporting, ensuring customer data accuracy and database management.
  • Monitor and report on loyalty program performance metrics.
  • Analyse customer insights and data to support the optimisation of loyalty strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM/Email marketing or related campaign management.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly Klaviyo and Shopify is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage data, perform segmentation, and derive insights.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
