The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Content Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a seasonal social media strategy that aligns with our marketing calendar
  • Create compelling and engaging social media content that grows followers and user engagement
  • Manage user-generated content, scheduling social media posts, and routine social media reporting
  • Manage the Creative Director's Instagram persona, including reporting and replying to DMs
  • Proactively manage our social media community, ensuring that we engage and maximize opportunities across our platforms
  • Manage content production, including filming, editing, and delivery
  • Support the e-commerce team by maintaining the Cefinn blog and managing video uploads on YouTube
  • Assist the Creative Director with creative shoots, including booking logistics and managing the content critical path
  • Manage the content budget, negotiating rates for video and still shoot bookings, and analyzing metrics of all activity
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong creative experience in film and photography, with strong storytelling skills and experience in producing and editing videos
  • A proactive approach to seeking out and maximizing content opportunities
  • A proven track record in delivering social media strategies and campaigns
  • Strong copywriting skills and experience in brand, retail, events marketing, tourism, or luxury goods sectors
  • Experience in budget management and use of Excel
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, image, and video editing software
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques
  • Experience in project management and strong communication and analytical skills
