EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a leading estate agency brand with offices covering London to recruit for an Administrator to join their team located in Chelsea.

This role offers you an incredible opportunity to work towards a rewarding career in the prime central London lettings & sales market. This is an interesting and varied role that will teach all aspects of the estate agency business to become a well-rounded and knowledgeable professional in our industry.

You will work directly with the branch manager of each office with a focus on general administration work, preparing marketing material and assisting the teams with their roles when needed. You will be a vital part in developing the portfolio & enhancing the relationships we have with our clients.

Weekly/daily tasks include:

- Filing and uploading of invoices
- Detailed updating of CRM (Jupix)
- Ability to work alone at times with efficiency & discipline
- Arranging Gas & Safety Certificates, EICRs, EPCs etc.
- Landlord contents insurance quotes
- Contractor liaison / work orders
- Assisting the Branch Manager in finding new business opportunities during day-to-day activities
- Uploading and preparing properties for launches and market appraisal
- General & Social Media marketing
- Sales & Lettings appraisal letter and reports
- Anti-Money Laundering compliance
- Arranging access via tenants
- Key Auditing
- General administrative tasks
- Diary Management
- Ordering Office Stationary
- Post - Sorting & Posting daily

Working hours / Holiday / Salary/ Training:

- ARLA & NAEA training provided as well as numerous in-house training courses available. Good opportunity for career progression with a track record of promoting from within, which can lead to numerous opportunities within the company.
- Working hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. One Saturday per month 9:30-3:30pm, which can be paid at an additional £125 for the day or alternatively a half day can be taken during the week instead.
- 21 Days holiday per annum to include your Birthday.
