**Electric House**

Nestled among the pastel-coloured houses of Notting Hill, Electric House is located on Portobello Road next to one of the city's oldest cinemas. The club features a roof garden with an original domed ceiling, plus a programme of member events and late-night parties. An all-day menu is served in the main area on the first floor where there is an extended oak bar, plus a choice of informal lounge seating in upholstered sofas and leather chesterfield armchairs. Alternatively, you can opt for a cosy banquette booth with views of the open kitchen and wood-fire grill.

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Cinema **Projectionist** to join our Central London team at **Electric House (W11 2ED**)**. As a Cinema Projectionist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining projection equipment that is used to show movies or other audio visual presentations at the Electric Cinema Screening room.

**Day-to-day operation of all technical aspects of cinema operation including but not limited to**:

- Running daily screenings to the high presentation levels expected of Soho House screening rooms
- Projection and sound equipment maintenance
- Ensuring that all areas of cinema auditorium are well maintained at all times
- Ensuring that all required content and licenses are received and in place in good time for all performances
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed in cinema
- Running of private events & industry screenings - liaising with clients & management to ensure that all aspects run to the high standards that are expected

**Front of house duties, including**:

- Managing guestlist and checking in members for screenings
- General member relations in all areas of the cinema space

**What we are looking for...**
- 1-2 years' experience in a projectionist style position
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

**Electric House Opening Hours**:
Mon - Weds - 8am - 1am

Thurs - Sat - 8am to 2am

Sunday - 8am - 12am
