Doggy Daycare Assistant and Driver

Our doggy daycare and dog walking service is a well respected provider catering exclusively to small and medium dogs based in Kensington and Chelsea. We are looking for an individual to start as a daycare assistant and driver.
- £26,030 per annum
- Full time
- 6:45am - 4:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- Start date flexible
- Company van included
The role will include:
- Collecting our dogs safely and swiftly from our clients homes within Kensington and Chelsea and delivering them to our facility in Surrey or walking them in local parks
- Ensuring our pack are both safe and happy throughout the day; feeding their lunches, cleaning up after them, playing with them, engaging in some basic training, putting them down for their rests
- Recognising dog behaviour and acting accordingly
- Filming and photographing our dogs for our social media platforms
- Odd jobs around the daycare facility including maintaining the site
- Carrying out regular cleaning of the van and the daycare facility
- Providing each dog with a warm shower before home time
- Dropping each dog home swiftly and safely
- Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner toward our clients
- Handing our flyers in local parks, restaurants, cafes, etc
- Have a clean UK licence, ideally with a minimum of five years experience driving
- Have experience working with dogs or animals in a professional capacity OR have theory based training relating to dogs
- Have a genuine love for dogs and a willingness to grow and adapt with the business
- Be willing to take part in staff training and development where required
- Have an iPhone or android phone available with a good quality camera and ample data that allows the applicant to navigate when driving and film/photograph when at the daycare facility
- Live within a reasonable distance to Kensington and Chelsea
- Be able to provide a DBS check or have one carried out
