Job Roles:

  • Taking responsibility for recruitment administration and supporting department managers with the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Developing staff through recruitment and training
  • Making sure all employees get paid accurately and on time by payroll
  • Handling staff holiday accounts, requests and working alongside managers to tackle absenteeism
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws
  • Handling employee grievances/ disputes
  • Supporting the training and professional development of staff
  • Assisting other departments when necessary
  • Ensuring compliance in areas such as: health and safety, fire safety and first aid provision
