**Job Roles**:
- Taking responsibility for recruitment administration and supporting department managers with the recruitment and onboarding process
- Developing staff through recruitment and training
- Making sure all employees get paid accurately and on time by payroll
- Handling staff holiday accounts, requests and working alongside managers to tackle absenteeism
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws
- Handling employee grievances/ disputes
- Supporting the training and professional development of staff
- Assisting other departments when necessary
- Ensuring compliance in areas such as: health and safety, fire safety and first aid provision
- General administrative tasks
- Working closely with the directors and management team to push the business forward.

You will be working with a team to complete daily duties, small and large tasks in a modern, purpose built retail environment.
**Hours of work**
25-30 hrs per week
**Pay**
£13.50 per hr
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
