Driving excellence in Customer Service
- Weekly Customer Newsletter, handling customer queries and complaints professionally with a solution based approach
Supporting other operational areas of the business daily - packing, checking, unpacking, driving etc.

Social Media - creating relevant and insightful content

Supporting Menu Planning - researching ideas, gathering & analysing customer feedback, collaboration with the kitchen and operational teams to optimise the menu for operational efficiencies

Driving efficiencies through the key administrative processes
Key skills:
- Problem solving/Quick thinking
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Team player
- Excel / Word / Outlook / Google Forms / Mailchimp / Canva / Business Suite experience desirable
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
Salary:
Up to £11.50 per hour
