Key responsibilities:

Driving excellence in Customer Service
  • Weekly Customer Newsletter, handling customer queries and complaints professionally with a solution based approach
-
Supporting other operational areas of the business daily - packing, checking, unpacking, driving etc.

Social Media - creating relevant and insightful content
-
Supporting Menu Planning - researching ideas, gathering & analysing customer feedback, collaboration with the kitchen and operational teams to optimise the menu for operational efficiencies

Driving efficiencies through the key administrative processes

Key skills:

  • Problem solving/Quick thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Excel / Word / Outlook / Google Forms / Mailchimp / Canva / Business Suite experience desirable
