Office Administrator to join our client's catering department.
Set in over 800 acres of beautiful
Herefordshire countryside, our clients award winning estate provides an idyllic place to work.
Role Responsibilities:
(not limited to)
- Collating all dietary requirements, food selections and table plans for upcoming events.
- Answering telephone calls and transferring as required.
- Drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documents, as requested.
- Maintaining and updating catering function sheets in a timely manner.
- Ensuring communication between office, catering, and bar teams.
- Assisting main office with enquires when possible.
- Entering catering choice invoices onto company system.
- Photocopying and filing.
- Attending training workshops and online training as requested.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be up to date with dietary and allergens requirements.
- Previous experience working within the catering/hospitality industry, desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and IT skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent organisational skills.
