Interim for 6 months

up to £50k

Full time

Sheffield based - Hybrid

As the HR Systems Advisor, you will support the HR team with the implementation of a new system, analyse the best way to use the system and make relevant improvements where necessary.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support with the implementation of the HR system.
  • Analyse the best way to utilise the HR system and advise on improvements.
  • Support with integrating the system with the wider business and other functions.
  • Lead on data reporting, ensuring efficient processes are put in place to allow data reporting.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR team members.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent hands on experience managing HR System implementation projects.
  • Proven experience running regular HR Data reports.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
