The primary role will be to assist the Admin Manager with the administration of the sales, purchase order process and delivery admin within the Brewery.
Sales Administration -
- Taking payments for orders through Opayo.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with internal and external inquiries.
- Process ullages and credit notes (we use a CRM packaged called Brewman and training will be given)
- Handle order fulfillment via EDI for national deliveries / supermarkets
- Liaise with delivery contractors on fulfillment of key supermarket orders.
- Other ad hoc admin duties such as Point of Sales dispatch and general public sales payments from the Brewery shop.
Finance
- Invoicing daily deliveries through CRM system.
- Assisting with the purchase and sales ledger (XERO)
- Reconciling customer and supplier statements (XERO).
- Issue daily Aged Debt and Payment reports
