A well-established Accountancy Firm operating from the head office based within the BB postal area, are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful growing business during an exciting period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uploading information onto the database
  • Taking phone calls and screening
  • Typing letters, emails, and reports
  • Photocopying and scanning documents
  • Attending meetings, booking meetings, and dealing with secretarial and receptionist duties

Requirements:

  • Previous office experience
  • Self-motivated, positive, ambitious, hardworking, and flexible
  • Able to use Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
