We are currently working with one of our clients, assisting them to recruit a planning administrator to work out of their Leeds office.

Our client is a property services and maintenance company and they are looking for a planning administrator to help plan workloads, mainly on their social housing projects across Yorkshire and the North East.


Main duties of this role will include:

  • Control and monitor the daily work activity on the IT system
  • Allocate and deliver services to agreed business priorities in the most
- cost effective way

  • Monitor incoming work raised by the service centre
  • Update IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and reported
  • Liaise with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified time frames
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Follow up on enquires and complaints
On offer is a permanent position with a starting salary of £23,000 and company benefits.
