Position:
Digital Solutions Lead, Learning & Development Team
Salary:
£35,000 per annum
Job Role:
- Managing and maintaining the Learning Management System and support the organisation with analysing data, trends and compliance reporting
- Creating a unified, efficient and sustainable LMS system for Consensus; ensuring that site content is relevant and up to date, continuous improvement of system functionality is undertaken and that all users/superusers are supported to utilise the system
- Working with Operational Leaders and Learning & Development team to agree regulatory, statutory and specific training compliance completion requirement, monitoring and reporting
- Producing reports (from the LMS), where appropriate, for analysis and discussion
- Troubleshooting issues related to LMS management and maintenance, escalating to the platform provider (where required) for resolution
