ResponsibilitiesLicensed and Leisure Property Consultancy:
Specialise in providing comprehensive consultancy services for licensed and leisure properties, including pubs, restaurants, hotels, and other leisure establishments.
Conduct detailed "Red Book" RICS valuation reports for a variety of properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.Sales and Lettings Management:
Oversee the marketing, negotiation, and completion of sales and lettings transactions for licensed premises, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients
Market Research:
Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and legal requirements specific to the licensed and leisure property sector in Yorkshire
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards in the provision of licensed and leisure property services
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
Negotiation Skills:
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in achieving favourable outcomes for clients in sales and lettings transactions.
QualificationsQualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a focus on licensed and leisure property.
Previous experience in sales and lettings management within the licensed and leisure property sector.
Knowledge in lease advisory and rent reviews.
Excellent knowledge of the Yorkshire property market.
