Freelance MRICS Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled MRICS Building Surveyor to join our team on a freelance basis. As a chartered surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, assessing defects, and producing repair specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting houses and apartments to identify defects and assess their impact
  • Conducting surveys to determine the extent of damage and recommend repairs
  • Producing repair specifications to ensure that defects are addressed effectively
  • Working independently, but with the support of a dedicated team
Requirements:
  • Hold an MRICS or FRICS professional designation
  • Have extensive experience in Building Surveying
  • Working knowledge of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
  • Ability to produce high-quality repair specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices
