Freelance MRICS Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled MRICS Building Surveyor to join our team on a freelance basis. As a chartered surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, assessing defects, and producing repair specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect houses and apartments to identify defects and assess their impact.
  • Conduct surveys to determine the extent of damage and recommend repairs.
  • Produce detailed repair specifications to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
  • Work independently, but with the support of a dedicated team.
Requirements:
  • Hold an MRICS or FRICS professional designation.
  • Have extensive experience in Building Surveying.
  • Working knowledge of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices.
