We're currently looking for a 2 Administrators to join us on a fixed term basis.

This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can learn and develop your office administration skills.

In this role you'll complete a wide range of office tasks including overseeing voice system, processing stock, and generating invoices.

You'll be a multitasker who can process orders for pick, including same day urgent orders keeping all stakeholders well informed be that other warehouse team members, managers, and external suppliers.

Working rotational shifts including weekends this is a busy role and no 2 days will be the same


Our Warehouse Team are keen to welcome an Administrator that is computer literate because a large proportion of the role will require providing support to drivers with paperwork ensuring they have everything present and correct.

Data capture and KPI reporting must be accurate - having previous working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.

As well as basic numeracy and literacy you'll need strong attention to detail and an efficiency to meet tight deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure.

We will need you to adapt to new systems and procedures easily with a reliable and flexible "Can do" attitude.
