Description
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant/Assistant Practitioner to join our team at St Elizabeth Ward.


The successful applicant will have been working in a similar environment and will be up to date in current practices.

Experience will extend to working within a busy ward and professional, multi-disciplinary teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a thriving busy team and wants to work with excellent staff to patient ratio.

What are the Responsibilities of this Healthcare Assistant/Assistant Practitioner role?

  • Undertake delegated responsibilities from registered nurses, and maintain a safe standard of practice
  • Work accurately and with a high volume of work during peak times
  • Establish a rapport with the patient and an awareness of the individual's needs, ensuring these are communicated to the registered nurse
  • Ensure any intake records are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and report any changes/difficulties to the registered nurse responsible for the patient
  • Build excellent relationships with our Consultants
