We have customer service opportunities at Newport Station.

As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Newport Station.

We have a possession taking place between Friday 9 th June - Sunday 18 th June as well as a follow up Sunday on 25 th June.

Buses will run between Bristol Parkway - Newport/Cardiff.

You would be providing this information to members of the general public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care

You will be involved in....

  • Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
  • Supporting customers needing assistance
  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment
  • Providing a friendly and personable service

Pay rate:
£11.70 per hour + £80 if you meet the criteria

Shifts:
Various - 07:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 22:00
Contract: 9th June - Sunday 18th - 10 days.
