As a Temporary Customer Order Processor you will be:
- Communicating with customers via multi-channel
- Accurately processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling customer enquiries effectively
- Maintaining uptodate knowledge of company products
- Utilising company software to manage orders
- Resolving customer issues promptly
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Temporary Customer Order Processor should have:
- Experience within customer order processing is essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- A good understanding of customer service principles
- Proficiency in using order management software
- A positive and teamoriented attitude
