We are seeking a skilled Service Administrator to join our team at VTA Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our team of service technicians.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

* Coordinate and delegate engineers to customer sites for repairs and breakdowns, escalating jobs as necessary.

* Prepare and maintain accurate customer reports and service logs.

* Arrange and delegate repairs to be completed in the workshop, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

* Conduct quality check services and update records to ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Liaise with customers to confirm breakdowns of costs and manage bookings, providing clear and concise information.

**Requirements:**

* Methodical approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.

* Proficient in computer software and IT systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

* Ability to work well in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Working Hours:**

* Monday to Friday

* 08:30am - 17:00pm

* Competitive salary: £25,000 per annum

* 25 days annual leave
