Als Culinary Advisor heb je een belangrijke ondersteunende rol in het management en beheer van onze bake off Academy.

Je helpt bij het geven van demo's bij grossiers en Key Accounts en je inspireert en adviseert onze eindklanten.
Duurzaamheid en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen zijn daarbij belangrijke kernwaarden doorheen de ganse organisatie.

Wat zijn je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden ?

  • Je biedt ondersteuning in het algemeen beheer en de verdere uitrol van de bake-off Academy
  • Je faciliteert diverse bake-off trainingen, cursussen en workshops, zowel intern (medewerkers) als extern (klanten)
  • Samen met je collega's ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwigheden, opportuniteiten en relaties om workshops trendy en dynamisch te houden
  • Je assisteert en geeft input en advies ter ondersteuning van o.a. klantenbezoeken, producttoepassingen, receptontwikkelingen, beurzen, fotoshoots, receptenboekjes
  • Je houdt nauw contact met leveranciers van materiaal en foodservice producten
  • Als Culinary Advisor werk je nauw samen met de collega's van o.a. productontwikkeling, sales en marketing

Wie ben jij ?

  • Je hebt wellicht een opleiding Hotelbedrijf of opleiding als kok genoten, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige 'culinaire' rol binnen de voedingssector als adviseur, kok of bakker
  • Je bent creatief, goed georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail, hygiëne en orde
  • Je bent een netwerker en haalt je energie uit het geven van presentaties, het leggen van nieuwe contacten en je hebt de nodige commerciële flair
  • Je bent een teamplayer : deze job vraagt de nodige flexibiliteit naar invulling en locatie (bake off faculty, beurzen, fotoshoots, zowel weekend als avondwerk)
  • Je bent goed tweetalig : Nederlands-Frans, met noties van Engels
  • Tenslotte heb je goede kennis van MS Office pakketten en ben je in bezit van een rijbewijs B
