About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Associate with strong experience in inbound and outbound sales to join our team. This role will have a lot of growth opportunities and is compensated through a base compensation + commission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with client inquiries in a timely manner, both by email and over the phone, in line with company standards for communication.
  • Continuously work to improve the sales process and the offerings on Cozymeal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • 4+ years of culinary (food & beverage) sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • 4+ years of phone sales experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient time management and ability to work independently in a home office environment.
  • Ability to work for 8 hours/day during weekdays (Monday - Friday).
  • Experience handling a high volume of leads via phone and email, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Zendesk), with proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
