An exciting BRAND NEW opportunity to join the growing and ambitious Dynamic & Strategic Trading Team at TUI.

This role directly supports the business wide strategy to grow beyond the boundaries of TUI's current offering over the next 5 years.

The successfulapplicant will help to influence and shape that growth.


New technology will enable dynamic components to be sold, you will be responsible for the destination planning and pricing strategies for dynamically sourced accommodation only and flight only.

As a planning and pricing manager your role is to understandwhat our customers want and how the world is changing to design and develop dream holidays.


You will review the products end to end, then recommending how we can optimise, drive conversion, and continually seek to improve performance.

You'll work with many areas in the business to achieve this, owning a pipeline of initiatives that will supportthe growth.


The role is based in Luton, but at TUI we believe work is something you do not somewhere you go therefore we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements for this role.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Responsible for destination and product selection, driving the growth of our dynamic components?
  • You'll own the pricing strategy to make sure we're competitive in the market, whilst also delivering against targets.
  • The role holder will constantly track performance against targets, owning the reporting and ensuring it's fit for purpose.
  • Using data, you'll work with the distribution teams to ensure channels are hitting target and supporting them to improve performance where required. For example, you'll recommend ways that we could improve our website or look at implementing incentivesfor our retail stores.
  • You'll work with marketing channels to make sure we're talking to the right customers, at the right time, in the right place.
  • You will ensure that each destination's dynamic component product range is designed with our customers' expectations and market trends in mind. You'll work with our customer Insights to ensure we have the data to support this.
  • You'll consider our proposition and communication, working with customer experience teams to ensure we're exceeding customer's expectations of a travel company.
  • Analyse performance and draw conclusions, providing updates to the senior management team on key trends and competitor behaviour to drive forward our future strategy

  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different types of stakeholders.?
  • Experience of product planning and/or revenue management desirable ?
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity as it's a new role in a new team
  • Go to market experience desirable
  • A passion for component based/DIY holidays
