Batching Plant Operator - Doncaster (DN5)
We are currently recruiting for a Batching Plant Operator to join a growing team specialising in the bespoke precast concrete industry

Benefits:

Duties of a Batching Plant Operator:

  • Ensures there is sufficient product in place for mixing operations by undertaking daily stock level checks.
  • Ensures correct recipes are being used for contract. Follows strict mixing criteria in line with internal processes and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Helps to pour and work concrete as and when required.
  • Maintains a strict cleaning regime for all concrete mixing plant and apparatus
  • Reports faults/errors immediately to supervisor
  • Filling out paperwork as and when required
  • Ideally have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, however other applicants may be considered
  • Must understand concrete mixing and pouring principles.
  • Think for yourself and be a good communicator
  • Happy to stay until the job is done
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm. The hourly rate is £12.46-£14.00ph. Pay is depending on experience and can be discussed at interview stage.
