Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial performance, adhering to budget and forecast, and ensuring strong cost management
  • Ensure legal compliance, including PPC, environmental emissions, and H&S requirements
  • Develop and assign individual objectives and department KPIs, reviewing performance regularly to ensure deliverables are met
  • Reduce production and quality losses, utilizing problem-solving tools to improve performance and costs
  • Lead and develop direct reports, identifying training needs to maximize resource potential and drive change
  • Deliver year-on-year cost improvement and drive business growth
About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified individual with a minimum of 5 years' senior production management experience in a world-class manufacturing environment. You will have exceptional Health & Safety awareness, strong managerial and organizational skills, and the ability to produce, analyze, and review detailed numerical data.

You will also have a working knowledge of CMMS/PPM systems, lean manufacturing tools, and techniques, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
