This is a technical internal support role.

Main Tasks:

  • Taking inbound customer service calls and resolving customer queries relating to technical products, to include some researching online.
Product knowledge training is given.

  • Upselling other related products where applicable.
  • Updating the database with all details as required.

Essential Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Technically minded and confident on the phone with some telesales ability.
  • Lateral thinker, ideally you will be from a mechanical, electronic or automotive background.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • IT Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Desirable Skills:

  • Programming skills an advantage, knowledge of C#, Ladder diagram programming, or Function Block.
Excellent progression opportunities available. Travel to sites in Europe and the USA if you want to travel.

Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm - office based role.

Salary:
£25,000 pa to £35,000 pa depending on skills/experience
