About the role:
Due to business growth we are looking to recruit a Client Liaison Administrator, who has experience in building strong client relationships.
You will be contacting existing customers to provide first line support and be the main point of contact for all general enquiries into the business.
Requirements:
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outgoing personality, strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy to handle difficult and challenging clients over the phone
- Listens well and understands our client requirements
- Works hard for our customers and the team
